A tribute to my Inspiration, my Dear Mother
Welcomed in to Heaven on December 24, 2009
My Mother was an amazing woman
who not only taught me how to follow my dreams, she taught me how to love,
how to accept myself and express myself through art,
how to find peace in this world.
My Mother was a fabric artist who made award winning quilts
in which each stitch was sewn freehand and each quilt a work of art.
She won many ribbons for her work and inspired many budding artists!
Mom always said if you have a God given talent,
you should share it ~ her motto was "this little light of mine,
I'm gonna let it shine" and shine she did!
I love you Mom and I miss you! Until we meet again ...
